About

Dafna Tzidkiyahu is a visual artist and photographer whose work explores feminine presence, cultural memory, and symbolic form through image, object, and public presence.

Dafna’s practice is rooted in photography and extends into artist books and selected public-space projects. Her photographic project The Woman in Judaism was presented at the Knesset, and Fragments of Miracles was published as an artist book alongside its visual series.

Photography & Artist Books

Photography remains at the core of Dafna’s work. Her images and books move between observation, staged composition, and symbolic atmosphere, with sustained attention to form, memory, intimacy, and presence.

Commissioned Hats

Alongside her artistic practice, Dafna creates a limited number of commissioned hats as bespoke wearable pieces. These works extend her visual language into form, texture, and sculptural presence.

Image, object, and public presence

Across these forms, Dafna’s work examines how meaning is carried through visual structure, material detail, and lived experience. This site brings together selected works from her practice, including photography, commissioned hats, and public-space projects.
